Long may it run ...
Time's a healer and a few days on ... it was a great festival. Agree with most others, the car park at the end was a pain, but we survived, and it really was the only bad point of the day (can't help the rain!)
It was my wife's first festival and we had a great time. Great line up and if you like half the bands, you're doing ok. Thought Rufus Wainwright's Hallelujah was worth the £50 ticket, loved MMJ and Neil Young ... say no more.
Just have to say that there are some brilliant postings on this forum, with calm and considered suggestions and ideas for making it a better festival next year. Mr Power would do well to heed the free advice from people who know what they're talking about.
PS -I hope "going to see John Martyn" gets a programme - if I had one, you could have it for free!
