Is it just me or ......

... did anyone else think The Guillimots were total C**P? - I thought the band listing was pretty good (would have liked to have seen Carbon.Sillicon too) but those Guillimots just didn't get it. Thought that Laura was great, and Rufus really excellent even Primal Scream seemed up for it and what can you say about the great man himself, all wonderful except that last song which went on far to long and a bit self indulgent if you ask me - I'm not going to comment about the car park at the end , I'm trying to blot it out of my memory!! - very tired today.

I agree the Guillemots were a bit disappointing, not really sure why. Rufus and Primal Scream were great. My favourite bit was when Rufus sang Hallelujah and right then the sun came out and everyone was cheering the sky!

am i the only person on here who thought NO HIDDEN PATH was the best song on the night , i love guitar solos and i was in my element. the acoustic set was just sublime

No you're not the only person I'm neither 40 nor male but loving it all the same. Guillimots were just irritating.

At least they can boast the sexiest bass player.

Their set suffered from a little self indulgence, maybe. But the Through The Windowpane album is a good 'un.
